R. Darrel Billups is President of RDB Marketing Associates, Inc. Darrel holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Missouri in Industrial Administration.  He has over twenty years of Engineering Thermoplastics experience, including eighteen years of managing RDB Marketing.

Arlene Billups is the Secretary/Treasurer of RDB Marketing Associates, Inc. Arlene has over ten years of experience in banking, plus ten years of experience in outside sales, and over fifteen years of office management experience at RDB Marketing Associates, Inc. Her administrative duties include all human resources activities, accounts receivable and payable, company building and equipment leases, insurance, web pages, and Internet activities.
